First Aid Kit:

• Band aids/dressing for wounds
• Medical tape
• Disinfectant wipes
• Rubbing alcohol
• Splints
• Scissors

Emergency phone numbers:

• 911
• Local hospital
• Fire Department

Signs:

• Important phone numbers
• Warning signs of drowning or other medical emergencies
• CPR instructions

Knowledge:

• First Aid training
• CPR training
