Kristinn Gudmundsson, an Icelandic Chef, recently showcased the marvel of hot tub sous-vide cooking during his live, online cooking show. The result? A perfectly cooked 15-kilogram lamb!
To top it off, Kristinn served the lamb to a party of 35 friends with an Arctic thyme Bernaise sauce and potatoes, also prepared with the hot tub.
