“The new cover arrived, and is a huge upgrade for the cover I had. Good quality materials, stitching seems strong and it fits my hot tub very well. Overall very satisfied with the product.When I ordered the cover, I knew that the product would have wait times as covers are in higher demand, and with COVID there were additional wait times. That being said, I would have appreciated more feedback from Hot Tub Covers as to the status of the order and estimated shipping times. When I did contact them, I had good talks with the staff and they were able to provide me with tracking information. Room for improvement but overall a good experience.”
