On March 20, we bid winter adieu and said hello to spring. For many hot tub owners, this is one of those magical seasons. Those who love to soak in the wee hours of morning or the in the late evening are rewarded with a chill, yet typically it no longer involves shovelling a path to the hot tub or removing snow from the hot tub cover.
With spring comes a friendly reminder to complete a hot tub spring cleaning. This can include a hot tub purge, to clean out the plumbing lines; a drain, shell clean and fresh-water refill; a filter cleaning or replacement; and finally, a hot tub cover cleaning and application of a vinyl protector (like 303 Aerospace).
When in doubt about proper hot tub cleaning methods, we urge you to review your owners manual or connect with a local swimming pool and spa retailer or cleaning service.
